Illustrated Salon Spa has a 24 hours cancellation policy. Therefore, we ask all of our customers that scheduled an appointment to honor your appointment or call us within 24 hours time frame to cancel your appointment. This will allow us to give other clients the next time slot available.
Please note: If you failed to give us a 24 hours cancellation notice or "no show" for your appointment, your voucher will be forfeited at our own discretion.

Cancellations
A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a charge of 50% of the total services booked. Late arrivals may have shortened service time or asked to reschedule. A service charge of 50% may apply if asked to reschedule.
